Warranty:
The Woodward instrument is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years to the original retail purchaser, subject to limitations contained in this warranty. This warranty is not transferrable to any subsequent owner.
Should this instrument malfunction at any time as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, Woodward Guitar Co. will repair the defect(s) if, after examinaton, it is evident that the problem is clearly due to faulty materials or workmanship. If the guitar is deemed non-repairable (at Woodward Guitars’ sole discretion), it will be replaced with an instrument of similar appearance, style and value.
This warranty does not cover:
Any instrument that has been altered or modified in any way.
Any instrument that has been damaged by abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance.
Any instrument that has been subjected to extremes of temperature or humidity which could damage the wood or the structure of the instrument.
Shipping damage of any kind.
Any subjective matter such as tonal characteristics.
Normal wear and tear of any part of the guitar ie. frets, strings, metal plating, scratches or wear on the finish.
Any installed electronics or hardware after a period of one year following the original date of purchase.
Woodward Guitar Co. shall not be liable for any expenses, claims, or suits arising from loss of earnings, lost profits, indirect or incidental damages resulting from use, non-use or performance of the instrument.
How to obtain warranty service:
In the event of a malfunction of your instrument, Woodward Guitar Company should be notified immediately. The guitar should be shipped, freight and insurance pre-paid by the purchaser back to Woodward Guitar Company where it will be examined to verify the asserted defect(s) and repaired or serviced as considered appropriate.
